Welcome to EdVerse AI. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the EdVerse AI mobile application ("the App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Use of the App
EdVerse AI provides AI-generated quizzes, explanations, focus tools, and gamified learning features for educational purposes. You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal, and educational use.
2. Accounts
You may use the App as a guest or by creating an account via email or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up.
3. User Content
When you upload chapters, notes, or images, you confirm that you have the right to use that content. You retain ownership of the content you submit. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to generate your study materials within the App.
You must not upload content that is illegal, offensive, infringes on others' rights, or violates any applicable law.
4. AI-Generated Content
Quizzes, explanations, and other outputs are generated using artificial intelligence. While we aim for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally be incomplete or incorrect. EdVerse AI is a study aid and should not be treated as a replacement for professional or official educational sources. Always verify important information.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the App.
- Use the App to harass other users or manipulate leaderboards.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data.
- Use automated tools to abuse or overload the service.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, branding, name, logo, and software, is owned by EdVerse AI and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without written permission.
7. Virtual Items (XP, Streaks & Rewards)
XP, streaks, achievements, and leaderboard rankings are for engagement purposes only. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be adjusted or reset if abuse or errors are detected.
8. Service Availability
We aim to keep the App running smoothly but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EdVerse AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
